I had to do a double take when I read the words “Ras Kass” and “Dubstep” in the same sentence. He’s actually worked on dubstep tracks before with 12th Planet and Doc Hollywood so this shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to me. 2012 is here and Razzy isn’t wasting time with his STUPID AMERICANS project. “I’m Outta Control” features UltraMi (she was on Dr Dre and DJ Quik’s “Put It On Me”). This has DUBSTEP ANTHEM written all over it. Abrasive lyrics (that actually say something proper) plus a hook with tons of pop appeal. This is up there with Nero and Flux Pavillion on the pop factor.
